Charles E. Keith - President
Charles is a 21 year professional in the service sector of the oil and gas industry. Throughout his career he has worked for two major service companies and recently held roles of regional operations manager and regional technical manager. He is considered a leader in stimulation technology and has focused on technology development, technical application, and quality control practices. Charles holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK.

Mary W. Gilstrap - Executive Vice President - Operations and Environment
Mary is a 25 year energy industry expert. Her assignments included; petroleum production and reservoir engineering on the Gulf coast and field service/construction manager for a large natural gas transmission-storage provider in the Appalachia and North East. Most recently, Mary was a Facilities and Operations Manager for an exploration and drilling company in the Marcellus, with specific duties of sourcing, treatment and disposal of water resources for the entire production process. Mary excels in project management, problem identification/resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mary holds a B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and post degree work from the Wharton School of Business.

Brian J. Bagby - Executive Vice President - Development and Marketing
Brian has been engaged in the automation industry for 25 plus years. He has worked with electronic manufacturing plants and designers to automate both their factory floor operations as well as optimize design efforts. He has recently been working for European based automation houses primarily servicing the hand-held mobile communication market. Brian spent the majority of his career working for a Southern Tier of New York based, machine tool/process solution provider. Brian’s specialties include diagnostic assessment of needs and services, managing successful long term business relationships, and optimized project completions. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Mark Hamby - Director-Field Implementations
Mark began his career serving our country in the Army National Guard. He specialized in avionics analysis and troubleshooting on Black Hawk helicopters. In 12 years of service Mark was primarily stationed in Ft. Campbell, KY., and had rotations in Hawaii and Australia. He rose to an E-5 Sergeant conducting services for a well known Special Operations Group. Mark’s expertise is conceptual design, integration, installation, and servicing of a wide variety of electronic equipment. His military training has proven to be a very applicable skill set to the challenging tasks presented by the oil and gas industry. Mark spent the six years prior to coming to Water TRAC in the oil and gas service sector for a major service company. His assignments included; service quality technician, laboratory technician/analysis, and field application engineer.
